Capcorp has developed a standard company approach to projects. This approach to successful project delivery is summarised as follows:


  • Define team relationships with client, client representatives, building users and consultants;

  • Prepare site specific OH&S Management Plan;
  • Prepare Project and Construction Programmes;
  • Prepare Project Plan (QA);

Project Delivery

  • Tender works in accordance with Tender Plan;

Project Completion

  • Management of Defects Liability Period.

Defects Management

  • Defect inspections and corrective action tasks are carried out during construction;
  • Defects ITP checklists are prepared and issued for each separable part of the project;
  • Initial Defect inspections are carried out by our project staff before client inspections commence to maximize “zero-defects” objective;
  • Defect Management Strategy is an ongoing process which commences at the start of work to expose potential problems early enough to allow timely preventative action or correction.
