Jack Turnbull is a Project Manager with Capcorp. He has considerable experience in the construction industry and has been responsible for successfully managing many commercial projects ranging from multi unit apartment buildings through to large scale aged care facilities. Jack’s role is to apply a ‘whole of project’ focus and ensure effective control of budget, resources, timing and administration.
Jack is a graduate of University of Canberra and holds a degree in Building and Construction Management.
Daisy is Capcorp’s Accounts Manager. She has extensive skills in Financial Accounting and Reporting, and manages Capcorps Accounts Payable and Receivable team. Daisy has a very high level of skills and knowledge including BAS, FBT, Job Costings, Cash Flow, Asset Management, General Ledger, Accrual Accounting, Payroll and Equity Accounting.

Don Capezio is the Founding Director of Capcorp. Don is a third generation owner of the company group and with 30 years experience is a well-known and respected contributor to the local construction industry. Don’s focus is on delivering client satisfaction and this is confirmed by the myriad of testimonials awarded to him. Joseph is Managing Director and Partner of First Markets Capital Group and until recently, Canberra Branch Manager for Patersons Securities Ltd, a national firm of Stockbrokers.
Previously, Joseph worked with Coopers&Lybrand (now PWC), MLC Life, Westpac, JPMorgan and Ord Minnett Ltd.
Joseph is accredited in Stockbroking and Exchange Traded Equity derivatives and authorised as a Responsible Executive with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Joseph brings to Capcorp a wealth of financial management experience gained in commercial banking and investment advisory services.
Joseph holds qualifications in Financial Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Peter is the Director and owner of Altitude Brands. Peter is a well-known and respected brand strategist in the Canberra market and has contributed to many businesses and government departments in the achievement of their communications and marketing objectives.
As well, Peter works with a number of businesses in an ongoing advisory capacity and regularly presents on brand strategy through learning and business associations.
Peter’s role is to ensure Capcorp decisions are in alignment and ‘on brand’ and to facilitate the board in achievement of agreed outcomes.
Peter holds qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Training and Assessment, and Leadership Development.
Michael has over 20 years experience in public accounting practice. He was the driving force in leading his previous practice to be ranked among the BRW top 100 accounting firms three years in succession.
Michael’s role is to facilitate business planning and growth strategies for Capcorp with a key focus on ‘earning the right to grow’ and ensuring we have the right resources in the right places.
Michael holds a BA in Accounting and is a qualified CPA.
